Safety
Community Standards
Fiction can explore dark subjects. TavernDesk draws the line at real advocacy, recruitment, targeted abuse, and unsafe conduct.
Not allowed
- Promotion, glorification, recruitment, or harassment based on Nazi, violent-extremist, or hateful ideology.
- Targeted abuse, threats, stalking, doxxing, or non-consensual sexual content.
- Sexual content involving minors or attempts to sexualize or exploit young people.
- Using another person’s identity, portrait, or voice deceptively or without permission.
- Attempts to bypass campaign permissions, usage limits, bans, or security controls.
Fictional villains and difficult themes
Depicting villains, atrocities, prejudice, or historical evil in a story is allowed when it is not advocacy, targeted abuse, recruitment, or a pretext for prohibited material. Groups remain responsible for consent and table safety.
Enforcement
Campaign owners and administrators may remove or ban members from their campaigns. Platform-level reporting, evidence preservation, temporary suspension, appeals, and ownership disputes remain planned work. Serious imminent danger should be reported to local emergency services rather than handled only through the site.
