Beta Terms of Use
These working terms describe the expectations for the private TavernDesk beta.
Using the beta
You may use the service only for invited tabletop campaign testing. Features may change, fail, or be removed. Do not rely on the beta as the sole copy of important campaign material; administrators should use portable exports.
Accounts and campaigns
You are responsible for activity through your linked sign-in. Campaign permissions are scoped to each campaign. Owners and administrators must respect member privacy and use moderation powers only for legitimate campaign management and safety.
Age and supervision
Users must meet the minimum age required for Discord and their location. During this private test, a participant aged 13–17 must use an age-accurate account and participate with an actively involved parent or guardian. The beta is not open to unrelated minors or general youth enrollment.
Content and conduct
You retain ownership of material you create. You grant the service permission to store and display it only as needed to provide campaign features. Use must also follow the Community Standards.
AI features
AI features are optional, may produce incorrect or unsuitable results, and must not be used to imitate a real person without permission. Usage limits may pause AI generation at any time.
Availability and termination
The beta is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended for safety, abuse, security, or operational reasons. Permanent campaign deletion and formal appeals are planned but not yet complete.
