Costs and limits

Closed-beta pricing

No one is being charged during the current small-group test. The core product and optional AI features are being measured before commercial prices are established.

Closed-beta working policy

This page is written for the current invitation-only test. It requires legal review before commercial launch or access by unrelated minors.

Current access

Access remains invitation-only. Approved members with an active DM / GM role may create and own up to two active campaigns. Archived campaigns will not count toward that limit when archiving becomes available.

Core campaign tools

Sessions, journals, characters, campaign references, roles, and ordinary group-management tools are free during the closed beta.

Optional AI tools

Voice and image features use paid external services. They have hard usage allowances that stop before creating an uncontrolled bill. Uploads and ordinary campaign features continue working when an AI allowance is exhausted.

Future freemium plans

A future free plan may allow up to five active campaigns if measured hosting and usage costs support it. Paid tiers will provide larger allowances at prices that cover operating costs and produce a sustainable profit. Exact allowances and prices are not set.

No surprise charges

  • No payment information is currently collected.
  • No automatic AI overages are allowed.
  • Pricing and material policy changes will be disclosed before charging begins.
  • Customers will see remaining usage in understandable units wherever possible.
